X-Stream Pressure Washing LLC: Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work and Fixed Pricing

   X-Stream Pressure Washing LLC (the "Company") will perform the services specifically described in the provided estimate. The quoted price is based on the visible and disclosed scope of work at the time of the estimate.

2. The No Surprises Additional Charges Policy

   If, during the service, our technicians identify additional areas requiring cleaning or unforeseen conditions that require extra labor or specialized materials:

   • Notification: We will pause work and notify you immediately of the additional cost.
   • The Choice is Yours: You have the absolute right to accept or decline the extra service.
   • Confirmed Consent: No additional charges will be added to your final bill without your confirmed authorization.

3. Documentation and Marketing Photos

   To ensure quality control and property protection, X-Stream Pressure Washing, LLC takes before and after photos of all work areas.

   • Liability Protection: These photos serve as an essential record of the property’s condition prior to and following our service.
   • Marketing and Privacy: The Company may use these photos for promotional purposes to showcase our work. Your specific house number and street address will never be shown.
   • Opt-Out: Customers may choose to opt-out of marketing use by notifying us in writing.

4. Pre-Existing Damage and Faulty Seals

   We perform a visual inspection before and during our cleaning process.

   • Immediate Notification: If we observe faulty seals, failed caulking, cracked siding, leaking windows/doors, or other pre-existing damage, we will notify you immediately.
   • Liability: The Company is not responsible for water intrusion or damage caused by these pre-existing conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Furniture Assistance

   • Preparation: Customers should move sensitive items (patio furniture, electronics, potted plants, rugs) and ensure all windows are tightly shut.
   • Assistance Policy: If you are unable to move heavy items, we will assist with a reasonable number.
   • Liability Waiver for Moving: While we take care, the Company is not liable for damage during relocation assistance.

6. Specialized Cleaning and Expectations

   • Tough Stains: Some stains may require specialized treatment and additional labor at extra cost with approval.
   • Limitations of Cleaning: Some stains cannot be fully removed due to age, porosity, or chemical bonding.
   • Technician Advice: Technicians will inform you of any permanent stains before completion.
   • Gutter Tiger Stripes: These are not included in standard washing and require Gutter Brightening service.

7. Safety, Plants, and Pets

   • Chemicals: We use biodegradable solutions and rinse surrounding plant life before and after service.
   • Safety Zone: Clients, children, and pets must remain indoors during service and for at least one hour afterward.

8. Scheduling and Michigan Weather

   The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather (high winds, heavy rain, or temperatures below 40°F) to ensure quality and safety. We will provide as much notice as possible.

9. Payment Terms

   • Due Date: Payment is due in full upon completion.
   • Accepted Methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, and Zelle.
   • Credit Card Processing: 3.5% + $0.10 fee for same-day processing.
   • Insufficient Funds: $50 fee for bounced checks.
   • Late Fees: 2% per day after 7 days of non-payment.
   • Cancellations: Less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $50 service gap fee.

10. Insurance & Liability

    X-Stream Pressure Washing, LLC is fully insured with residential and commercial coverage. Liability is limited to direct damage covered under our policy. The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Authorization and Agreement

    We provide two ways to confirm agreement:

    • Digital Authorization: Replying "AGREE" via text or email constitutes full consent.
    • Physical Authorization: A hard copy may be signed prior to service.

    Either method constitutes full consent and serves as official authorization for services.
